Meet the Managing Partners
Doris Ospina has been working in Cleaning for about 15 years. For the first, 5 years, she was working as a cleaner for M&R Building Services Cleaning houses and offices. Because of this company went out of business, she decided to manage her own Cleaning Company in 2005,She partnered with Jhon Arias, his co-worker and Friend. At the same time, she went to Colorado Technical University and got a Bachelor degree in Business Administration. She says “ It helped me manage my cleaning business and apply my knowledge toward it” She learned a lot which means she has the expertise to manage employees, customers and systems to provide the best possible service. Having cleaning expertise and management skills make her to have a solid business.
As executive vice president and funding partner of JA Maintenance Inc., Doris has been consistently applying innovative strategies to manage her staff and using the latest tools to provide a great service for her customers. Her main mission is giving the best service to the customers with the aid of her high-qualified staff.
Her most recently and challenging work was creating a system for a Real State Company that has 6 buildings with more than 2,000 tenants. Her work consisted in providing post construction cleaning to each building and afterwards setting and providing janitorial service. These buildings needed a new cleaning system, so that these had rented offices that were divided by glass partitions, a few kitchens and restrooms for a lot of customers. Her company provided full service such as carpet, glass, restrooms, kitchen, tiling, office cleaning and porter service. It meant buildings need to look cleaned all time, 24/7 from top to bottom. In addition, she should have well trained employees as well as happy tenants. She achieved all of these in an efficient manner with her managerial skills. She says “Nobody gets a master for cleaning service but I think I got my own master doing this type of cleaning”.
Jhon Arias was cleaning for about 7 years in M&R Building service, as the company was not running anymore, he had the idea to run a Cleaning Company and share it with Doris Ospina her associate by then. He saw the opportunity to give cleaning service to a lot of customers on demand of it. His expertise and innovative mind made him to generate a business plan and put into action in a cleaning business.
He also has a bachelor in agronomy, computer systems and Business administration. As a Co-founder and President of JA Maintenance Inc. He has been providing great value to his Company. He is an inner creator of ideas and strategies for his Business and alsohe is a great leader. He likes to implement his ideas and skills in the best way possible. He has providing a good vision for each cleaning project generating a great service for affordable price. He also believes that employees are the best asset of his company, for this reason, they should be happy to give a great service for his customers.
He also helped her Business Partner in the Real estate Project creating new techniques in managing personnel and utilizing high-end tools. He applied all of this and got his goal of providing a great cleaning service for a low costly budget. He says “ As a manager, I have to learn, create and innovate every day, I will not stop to do so.” His future vision is growing his business in a way he can provide more jobs and having a huge list of happy customers.
